LG has given unveiled features in a new phone and it called the LG 510, or LG Cookie Zip. Through this income he buys a land and plans for a house for him. So he develops a plan for his house and approaches Town Planning officer (Sreenivasan) at the Corporation office. There the trouble starts between Mohan lal and Sreenivasan and how it is resolved is shown in a quite interesting way in this flick.
